Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are dispatched from either Singapore or Dubai, depending on the item’s storage location.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted global couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS — all parcels are tracked and fully insured.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Singapore : 3-5 business days
- UAE & GCC : 2–4 business days
- International (EU, US, Asia) : 3–7 business days
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or quoted privately if processed via WhatsApp. VIP clients may be offered complimentary shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Maison Alora is not responsible for:
- Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
- Delays caused by customs clearance
- Seizure, confiscation, or denial of entry by customs authorities

Loss or damage of parcels in cases where the client has requested undervaluation or misdeclaration
⚠️ Important: If you request us to undervalue the shipment or declare it as a gift or personal item, you assume full responsibility for any resulting issues — including customs rejection, loss, seizure, or damage during transit.
We recommend declaring the full value to ensure proper insurance coverage and customs compliance.
✦ Return Policy
Due to the unique and high-value nature of our curated items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:
- The item received is not as described
- There is a proven discrepancy that violates our product listing
- The item is deemed inauthentic (which has never occurred in our history)
In such rare cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will assess the issue and respond within 48 hours.
✦ Lost or Damaged Parcels
All parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance based on the declared value.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to initiate a claim and support you through the resolution process.
⚠️ Important: If you request us to undervalue the declared amount or modify shipping documentation (e.g., mark as gift or personal item), Maison Alora is not responsible for any loss, damage, customs issues, or insurance claim denial.
Shipping insurance only applies to the value declared on the parcel. Clients who opt for undervaluation do so at their own risk and void our liability and insurance support.
